David received his Master's degree in Nursing from Wayne State University in Detroit.  He is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years experience in the mental health field.  David does have expertise in treating clients thoughout the age continuum.  He treats children, adolescents, young adults along with the adult and geriatric population.  His passion is working with seniors and their families who are struggling with confusion, memory loss, depression, mood swings, anxiety, withdrawal and isolation. 

 

It is David's vision to provide mental health care to seniors in the comfort and safety of their homes.  His goal is to maintain older adults ability to live and function as fully as possible as they adapt to the complexities of aging.   His years of expertise in case management also provide families with peace of mind. David is privileged at Kingswood and Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital.

Teresa received her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nursing from Wayne State University in Detroit. She is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years experience in the mental health field, including working in inpatient, outpatient and crisis psychiatric facilities.   Teresa applies resilience, narrative and creative therapy to her treatment modalities.

Teresa treats a broad age range from late adolescence through adulthood.  She specializes in elder neurocognitive disorders.  She enjoys helping clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, academic problems, social relationships, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and addictions.  Teresa is an expert in diagnostics and crisis treatment.  She treats patients with comorbid medical and psychiatric conditions, and is vigilant about side effect profiles and drug to drug interactions.  She maintains privileges at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital and is the proud recipient of the Shadow of Influence Award for Henry Ford Health System.  She is a fulltime faculty member at Oakland University's School of Nursing, and has also been recognized as outstanding adjunct faculty at Oakland Community College.

Mary received her Master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit.  She is a licensed clinical social worker with over 8 years experience working with individuals suffering with a wide range of mental health conditions along with chemical dependency in out patient treatment modality.  Mary also has over 8 years experience working in long term care providing medically related social services to residents and their families.  Mary works to inspire and motivate a person to their best potential, capitalizing on their strengths, enhancing and advocating for self determination and autonomy.

 

Mary specializes in substance use disorders, providing individual and group therapy, screening, assessments and person centered treatment planning approaches.  She utilizes a motivational and strengths based approach in treating those who may present with anxiety, schizophrenia, mood and adjustment disorders, or are survivors of sexual assault victimization or domestic violence.  She treats adolescents through adulthood.  Mary has practiced in a variety of settings including Wayne State Physicians Group, primary care, Macomb Family Services, and Community Mental Health.
